On June 22, 2019, the city of Morden saw its first ever Pride Parade. This was a huge accomplishment in an area that had never seen anything like it before.
We were hosted by Altona in 2022 and returned to Morden for our Pride March & Rally in 2023. We had a fabulous time in Altona on June 8, 2024 and are thrilled to be hosting our 2025 Pride event in Carman for the first time on June 7! For more information, check out our calendar.
We host monthly games nights in Morden, Carman, and Altona and a book club in Winkler. The games night and book club are safer spaces for 2SLGBTQIA+ people and allies to gather for some fun!
Follow us on Facebook or Instagram or check out our calendar to stay up-to-date on news about this and other events!

Not everyone in our communities is safe to come out publicly, even today. Just being a part of an organization like Pembina Valley Pride can be dangerous when surrounded by hateful people. We recognize that it is a privilege to be able to declare one's affiliations with 2SLGBTQIA+ rights in the Pembina Valley and not suffer negative consequences for it. We also recognize that it can be incredibly empowering to see members of your community vocally support the cause of Pride. With that in mind, we would like to introduce a few of our board members who are able to share a bit about themselves.
