We have a waitlist of over 100 Families/Individuals. Unfortunately, more housing is not available to us.

The Social Housing program provides low income Manitobans in greatest need with subsidized housing. Manitoba Housing and Central Community Homes have a limited supply of rental properties and therefore applicants are housed based on core housing needs. This includes affordability, suitability and adequacy of your current housing situation.

To qualify for affordable housing, your household income must be under $67,900 for a single person or under $90,500 for families.

Currently we have no vacancies. There are more than 160 applications on the waitlist.
