Current Housing Update: You are welcome to apply for housing to be put on the waitlist however we will not be in contact with any applicants until we have more housing available. We have 0 vacancies. We have a waitlist of 160 Families/Individuals. Unfortunately, more housing is not available to us.

Eligibility & Applications

The Social Housing program provides low income Manitobans in greatest need with subsidized housing. Manitoba Housing and Central Community Homes have a limited supply of rental properties and therefore applicants are housed based on core housing needs. This includes affordability, suitability and adequacy of your current housing situation.

Housing Application

To qualify for affordable housing, your household income must be under $56,694 for a single person or under $75,592 for families.

Please fill out and submit an online application by clicking the link below. If you prefer a paper copy, please pick one up at Central Station during Drop In hours.

Currently we have no vacancies. There are more than 160 applications on the waitlist.
