Winkler Family Resource Centre exists to provide support for children and their caregivers by providing opportunities to learn and play.
WFRC offers free, educational programs for caregivers and their children 5 and under. These programs focus on skills such as literacy, numeracy, physical and mental well-being, social skills, and interactive playtime.
It’s time to get moving! Have fun running, jumping and trying new movements with your child through poems, songs, and games.

Explore, create, and get messy with your child at Toddler Shenanigans. Each week a variety of sensory play and art stations will be set up for your child to enjoy at their own pace.
This themed literacy program features a new book each week. Activities, songs, rhymes, and crafts are all centered around the book. Some recent themes have included Zoo, Camping, Big Feelings, and Farm!
