This is a free, safe & confidential place to get the support you need to make an informed decision.
You are probably experiencing a range of emotions and have a bunch of questions going through your mind. This is normal if you just found out you are pregnant. Many women have found it very helpful to talk with someone who cares and understands their situation.
You might be feeling pressured to make a decision right now. Everyone who knows about your situation has probably told you their opinion, they each have their reasons for wanting you to make a certain choice. Making that choice is a big deal – it will impact the rest of your life.

Prenatal learning sessions are designed to prepare, empower and build confidence for your birth and postpartum experience. Help to reduce fear while learning how to have a more positive and peaceful experience before, during and after birth. You will learn how to be an active participant in your birth, and confidently include your partner as a support. These sessions include a variety of group activities in a small, interactive learning environment with chances to practice comfort measures, relaxation strategies, and the opportunity to ask many questions. It’s normal to feel nervous or unsure if you just heard the words “I’m late” or “I might be pregnant”. Lots of guys don’t know how to respond well in this situation – you might have a bunch of different thoughts and feelings like; how did this happen or what should we do now?
When it comes to pregnancy decisions, the choice is ultimately up to her – but you can have a big influence on her decision. If you need help you have come to the right place – we are here to listen and answer your questions.

Find out for sure before either of you starts to panic. You can come in with her, or she can come on her own, to take a free pregnancy test and learn more about all the options. It's free and confidential.

How do you feel about maybe being a dad?
You might be excited...but scared. Maybe you feel unprepared...but want to figure it out together. Perhaps you have always wanted to be a dad...but didn't think it would be now. This may have been a casual relationship...or you really love this gal. Help is here for you no matter the situation.
Staying calm and helping her understand all of the options is one of the best things you can do. Real support means caring, listening and letting her know you are there for her no matter what. Do not pressure her into making a quick decision - she needs to know she is not alone in this.
